🥟Boil (Best for Warm Soup):
1. Boil 1/2pot of water on high heat. Once water simmering (~176F/80C), place frozen dumplings in and stir gently with a smooth spoon, repeat for 2-3 times in 1 minute.
2. Cover lid until water is boiling, remove lid and continue floating boiling dumplings on medium-high heat ~7 minutes for spinach wrapper dumplings, ~8 minutes for original wrapper dumplings.
3. Remove dumplings, enjoy!
🥟Steam (Most Chewy):
1. Pour water into a steamer. Place veggie leaves (lettuce, spinach, cabbage etc.) or parchment paper with holes to line the steamer, so dumplings would not stick.
2. Place dumpling flat side down, leaving around 1/2 inch between each. Cover the lid and steam on medium heat for ~15 minutes or until fully cooked.
3. Serve and enjoy!

1. Best result:water pre-boil dumplings for 2-3 minutes, remove dumplings to a plate,
Preheat (stainless steel) pan ~1 min, add 1.5~2 tsp oil + 60~80 ml water for 10 dumplings, cover lid, cook for ~5 minutes until water evaporates,then continue to Step 3.
(For a simpler method, skip Step 1 and go directly to Step 2. )
2. Preheat pan ~1 min, Reduce heat, add 1.5~2 tsp oil & ~150 ml water for 10 frozen dumplings. Cover lid, cook for ~8 mins on medium heat until water evaporates. Adjust cooking time according to stove heat level to avoid burning.
3. Reduce heat to low, cook for ~ 2 minutes or until dumpling bottoms turn golden brown(check dumpling's bottom).
4. Let dumplings rest covered for ~3 min and then remove with a spatula, enjoy!
Quick & Easy Pan-Seared Dumplings Method (for 10–12 dumplings):
1. Preheat the skillet and add 1½–2 teaspoons oil.
2. Place frozen dumplings directly into the pan.
3. Add 120 ml/g water and cook over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes, until most of the water has evaporated.
4. Add starch water: 40 ml/g water + 4-7 g starch
5. Continue with Step 4 above, cooking over medium-high heat for 3 or 4 more minutes until a crispy snowflake crust forms.

Traditional Dipping Sauce:
🥟 2 tbsp soy sauce + 2 tbsp water + 1 tbsp vinegar
Alternatives to Your Flavor:
🥟 If you like sesame or sweetness, add ½ tbsp sesame oil, or a pinch of sugar
