2. Once simmering (~176F/80C), place frozen dumplings in and stir gently with a smooth spoon.

4. Remove dumplings and serve!
🥟Steam (Most Chewy):
1. Pour water into a steamer.
2. Place veggie leaves (lettuce, spinach, cabbage etc.) or parchment paper with holes to line the steamer, so dumplings would not stick.
3. Place dumpling flat side down, leaving around 1/2 inch between each.
4. Cover the lid and steam on medium heat for 12-15 minutes or until fully cooked.
5. Serve and enjoy!
🥟Pan Sear (Most Flavorful):
1. (Best result:water boil dumplings for 2-3 minutes, transfer dumplings to a plate, and then follow the next steps, reduce pan fry water to ~80ml and cooking time for around 6 min. If want an easier way, skip step 1)
2. Preheat frying pan for 1 min on medium heat, and then reduce heat to low, pour in ~1.5 tbsp of oil for 12-15dumplings.
3. Place frozen dumplings onto the pan leaving ½ inch space between each (if necessary, turn heat off to avoid oil splatters). Cook on medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
4. Add 10-12 tbsp(~150-180ml) water to the pan. Cover lid and cook/sear for 8~ 10 minutes on medium heat until water evaporated, but the space between dumplings hasn't turned brown yet, adjust cooking time according to your stove heat level.
5. Reduce heat to low, cook ~ 2 minutes or until dumpling bottom turn golden (check 1 dumpling).
6. Let dumplings cool for 3-5 min and then remove with a spatula, enjoy!
